Waterscape Resort consists of 3 buildings constructed in a U-shape design. The building along the eastern border of the Waterscape Resort is known as Building A and has 194 residential units. The building along the Western border of Waterscape is known as Building B and contains 110 units. The building to the north is known as Building C and contains 35 units. There is a total of 339 residential units in the Waterscape condominium.

The focal point of Waterscape is a beautifully landscaped split-level courtyard garden paradise with swimming pools, hot tubs, Lay-Z River™ and many other amenities located within the U-shaped buildings.

Please note that some units face in toward the landscaped pools and gardens while the other units face out away from the complex. Most of the units at Waterscape do not have a Gulf front view. Only the last 3 stacks at the two ends of the U-shape offer a Gulf front view and usually these units cost a little more than units without a Gulf front view.
