Our vacation condo has one of the best locations in the Waterscape Resort complex. A102 is in the second stack, so it is located almost directly on the beach. This means that you will have a beautiful Gulf front view. Our unit is also a ground floor unit that faces in toward Waterscape’s expansive garden oasis and mini water park area. While you’re sitting on the patio you will have a great view of the Gulf, while Waterscape’s Lazy-river flows slowly beside you. The patio sets close to a little waterfall that flows into the Lazy-river. We enjoy listening to the gentle rhythm of the splashing water.

Manicured Lawn Between Our Patio and the Beach

There is a manicured sod lawn between our patio and the beach. Waterscape is a large public complex, but the landscaping forms a barrier between the lawn and the access to the beach. It makes it seem like we have our own private piece of the beach. At least once during our vacation we’ll lay blankets down on the lawn and have a picnic in the early evening after the sun goes down behind the building.

Closest Unit to the Beach Walkover

When you stay in our unit you can forget about long walks to the beach and waiting for the elevator. Our unit’s patio is only steps away from the beach access walkover and the Lazy-river with direct access to all of the swimming pools at Waterscape. If you need to get out of the sun for awhile, it’s only a short walk back to the condo to take a rest.
