All of the vacation rental condos at Waterscape Resort are individually owned and most condos are professionally managed and marketed by a local rental company contracted by each owner.

Many of the owners of Waterscape resort contract with management companies other than the company that rents space in the lobby, so Destin Network recommends shopping for the management company that will give you the best deal and service.

All of the rental management companies at Waterscape Resort provide the highest service levels to guests -They take the booking, send the confirmation and check in the guests when they arrive. What does that mean for our guests? It means that guests can book with confidence that they are dealing with a professional, credible company. They will be there throughout the stay to ensure a relaxing vacation experience.

Waterscape Resort consists of 3 buildings constructed in a U-shape design. The building along the eastern border of the Waterscape Resort is known as Building A and has 194 residential units. The building along the Western border of Waterscape is known as Building B and contains 110 units. The building to the north is known as Building C and contains 35 units. There is a total of 339 residential units in the Waterscape condominium.

The focal point of Waterscape is a beautifully landscaped split-level courtyard garden paradise with swimming pools, hot tubs, Lay-Z River™ and many other amenities located within the U-shaped buildings.

Please note that some units face in toward the landscaped pools and gardens while the other units face out away from the complex. Most of the units at Waterscape do not have a Gulf front view. Only the last 3 stacks at the two ends of the U-shape offer a Gulf front view and usually these units cost a little more than units without a Gulf front view.

This unique design offers many options to choose from, so when you book your unit make sure you know where in the building the unit is located and which direction the unit is facing.

The LAY-Z River™ is located at the southern section of the lower courtyard near the beach. The Lazy River is approximately 2,800 square feet in size and 3 feet deep. The deck surrounding the The Lazy River is approximately 6,000 square feet. Please note that the The Lazy River is not heated.

There is a beautiful free-form lagoon swimming pool with waterfalls located in the center of the lower deck of the courtyard. This pool is approximately 5,500 square feet in size. The lagoon pool has a zero entry feature and is 5 feet at the deepest point. The deck surrounding the pool is approximately 9,000 square feet.

The swimming pool on the south end of the upper-level Waterscape courtyard is seasonaly heated. The pool is approximately 2,000 square feet in size, with a depth of approximately 3 feet to 5 feet. The pool deck is approximately 4,000 square feet

The wading pool is located on the north end of the upper courtyard. The wading pool is approximately 1,000 square feet, and has a depth of 0-12 inches. There are many water toys located within the pool. Please note that this pool is not heated.

A kid's play area is provided adjacent to the wading pool. This area has several kids play items for toddlers.

Two hot tubs are located on the lower courtyard, one near the exercise room and one on the west side of the free-form pool. The hot tubs are each approximately 120 square feet with a depth of 3 feet.

The fitness center is located adjacent to the middle of the courtyard with views of the lagoon swimming pool and lower courtyard.

A food service facility is located on the lower level of the courtyard.

There are several family size barbecue areas with gas grills scattered throughout both levels of the courtyard.

The meeting room is located off the main lobby. The room has a small kitchen.
